• Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, and company name when you contact us or inquire about our services.
• Website Usage Data: When you visit our websites, we log each visit, including the date and time, the page you landed on, the referring page, the full link you used (including campaign tags such as utm_source, utm_medium, and utm_campaign, for example from a QR code on our printed materials), your browser type (user agent), and a session identifier. We also receive your IP address. For these visit logs we do not store your IP address in readable form; we store a keyed cryptographic hash of it (HMAC). This is a pseudonymized identifier, not anonymous data: while we hold the key, the same IP address produces the same value, so it can be matched to a known IP address. We also use cookies and analytics tools as described in our Cookie Policy.
• SiteRelay Platform Data: When using SiteRelay, we may collect video/audio recordings of customer interactions, usage logs, and configuration data.
• Consulting Data: Information provided during data lake / ERP consulting engagements.

Data Retention

Website visit logs (including the hashed IP address) are kept for up to 13 months and then deleted. The key used to hash IP addresses is replaced at least every 13 months and the old key is destroyed, after which older hashed values can no longer be matched to an IP address. We may keep aggregate counts (for example, visits per campaign per day) that do not identify anyone.

Depending on where you live (for example, under certain U.S. state privacy laws), you may also have the right to know what personal information we hold and to request its deletion. Because visit logs store only a hashed IP address, to find your records we may need you to give us the IP address you used and the approximate dates of your visits; we will use it only to locate and delete or report on matching records. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. We may need to verify your request, and we may keep information where the law requires or allows.

Our services are not directed to children under 18.
